As a graduate of AUB you belong to AUB’s largest and most loyal constituency: its Alumni. Upon graduation, from AUB you automatically become a member of the Worldwide Alumni Association of AUB (WAAAUB) and thus get immediate access to a variety of benefits within the AUB campus.

The key to enjoying these benefits is to have your AUB Alumni ID.

How can I get my AUB Alumni ID?

On campus: Alumni should submit an application at the Office of Development at AUB, College Hall 3rd floor, accompanied with the items listed below:

1-     Two passport size photos

2-     Copy of the official identification.

3-     L.L. 20,000 charges

AUB Alumni On-Line Community: Membership in the community is FREE and available exclusively to AUB alumni. With your on-line community ID and password, you will be able to update your data, find your fellow classmates, check for events, and learn more about AUB alumni chapters worldwide.

Career& MentoringServices in the On-line Community: You can search for jobs, post them or offer your services as a career mentor to a recent graduate or fellow alum.

2- On Campus:

2.1 - Access to Campus

  • Campus Identification Cards (IDs), Alumni ID cards and visitors' passes are the only forms of identification that permit an individual to access the campus.
  • To have free access to campus get your alumni ID card now.

2.2 - University Libraries:

The University Libraries at AUB ( http://www.aub.edu.lb/ulibraries/Pages/index.aspx ) are open to alumni with IDs for an annual membership fee. 

As an alumni, you can borrow books and access all electronic resources. Click here for a detailed list of Services.

2.3 - Access to Sports Facilities:

AUB alumni are eligible for discounted membership at the Charles Hostler Student Center.

The Hostler Centre offers many fitness programs and is equipped with state-of-the-art sporting facilities.

  Recent graduates can now receive discounted membership at the Hostler Center. Details can be found at: http://www.aub.edu.lb/sao/sports/chsc/CHSC_Membership/Pages/others.aspx

 Any Alumnus with a Valid AUB alumni ID and a membership at the Hostler Center will get a Free Access to Hostler Center Parking after 5 PM.

 2.4 - Campus Career and Placement Services:

 

The Career and Placement Services, which is part of the Student Affairs Office, provides guidance and resources to students and AUB alumni for their life-long career development by facilitating their exploration of career options and development of effective career life planning skills.
