The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) offered a 5-session program on course learning outcomes between August 8 and 12, 2011.  Below is information about the program: 

Who was eligible to participate in the program? 
Two faculty members from each FAS Department selected by the department chair (The chair can be one of the participants

What is the content of the program?
The program involved five sessions as follows: a) Reviewing existing course learning outcomes (1 session), b) Aligning  assessment tools with course learning outcomes and instructional methods (2 sessions), and c) Developing tools to assess course learning outcomes (2 sessions).

When and how will the program be offered?
The five sessions of the program were offered between August 8,and August 12, 2011 between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm.
