On Feb 8, 2011, the Department of Chemistry at the American University of Beirut launched the campaign to raise $150,000 to establish an endowment in the name of Prof. Haddadin named Makhlouf Haddadin Endowment.

Part of the proceeds from the Haddadin Endowment will be used to fund two $500 annual cash prizes: the Makhlouf Haddadin Award for Outstanding Chemistry Undergraduate Student and the Makhlouf Haddadin Award for Outstanding Chemistry Graduate Student. Lectureship in the name of Prof. Haddadin will also be established using proceeds from the Haddadin Endowment. We welcome your contribution to Makhlouf Haddadin Endowment.
