Previous Orientation Sessions
About Orientation is specifically for new faculty members so that they can view the formal orientation program before they arrive.
This is a two to three -day orientation program offered prior to the start of the semester for all new faculty. The program is usually scheduled in September and in February of each academic year. Information presented on the first day is intended to familiarize all new faculty with general university services and resources while the second day, focuses primarily on the teaching responsibilities of the new faculty. Throughout these two days, new faculty members are provided with the opportunity to get to know each other, to network with other experienced colleagues, and to meet key staff in the key service units on campus.
