Mission:
The Children of Adam Club is an emerging club at the American University of Beirut that aims at poverty alleviation and empowerment of underprivileged children in the Middle East. Founded this year, the club seeks to fill social gaps between youths of all ages. The club's projects involve children of various groups and sects within Lebanese society, including third generation refugees who are marginalized and too often fall victim to politics beyond their agency. The Children of Adam Club holds that integration and coexistence is key to forming healthy society, and that children are the place to start.
Motto:
The Children of Adam Club believes in embracing humanity and in involvement of AUB community in wealth redistribution and promoting peace in a post-war society.
