AUB Annual Job Fair-Exhibition 2011
May 12 and 13, 2011
Dear HR Manager,
The American University of Beirut is organizing its annual Job Fair-Exhibition 2011 which will be held at the AUB Campus on Thursday, May 12, from 12:00 noon until 7:00 p.m. and Friday, May 13, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. during which you may be exposed to a wide range of potential candidates as well as market your trades and services.
In 2009, 135 firms reserved stands for the event and over 200 students were employed through the extended special employment activities. In 2010, 150 firms participated in the AUB Job Fair through which over 240 AUB graduates were recruited. This year, over 200 firms are expected to be involved and due to limited space, stand location will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis.

1- Invitation letter by the Dean of Student Affairs and the Job Fair 2011 Coordinator.
2- Gala Dinner Invitation letter
3- Job Fair-Exhibition and Gala Dinner Preliminary Reservation Form to be filled for preliminary registration and emailed to mg03@aub.edu.lb before February 25, 2011.
