Our newest student Residence, Mayfair Residence Hall opened in 2009 and is located just a 5 minute walk from AUB’s main gate on Sidani Street.  The 150 female residents enjoy this location because of the close proximity to markets, restaurants and shops in the nearby neighborhood of Hamra.  This off-campus Residence Hall, with views of the Mediterranean Sea, offers all of the amenities that other Student Residence Halls have including a laundry room, a lounge in the lobby to receive guests and watch TV and a study room on the first floor with computers.  Each floor is equipped with a shared kitchen with an oven and a microwave.  The residents can choose a private room, a double room or a suite which has a separate living area and bedroom.
