The AUB Telephone Directory is created to allow easy access to departments, faculty members and staff.
In addition to the distributed hardcopy directory currently printed during the summer of each year, users can access the online telephone directory.
Updating the telephone directory is an ongoing process through out the year. Faculty and staff can update their contact details by accessing the editing site or by filling the following form and sending it to the Auxiliary Services before June of every year.
The directory includes records of current staff, faculty and departments. Each record should contain at least the following:
a) Name of Applicant
b) ID Number
c) Title
d) Department
e) AUB phone number and location (office or department).
The telephone directory is listed in two ways:
a) By Name: The names are listed in alphabatical order.
b) By Department: The departments are listed alphabatically and each department is structured as follows:
Deparment Name
Email Address
URL Address
Head of Department
Secretary or Departmental phone number
Staff and Faculty in alaphabetical order
Please note that records of full time Faculty and Staff are the only ones encouraged to be included. Casual, RAs and other records may not be included, instead we can include the labs, offices they occupy.
