Our mission is to make the annual commencement ceremony at AUB as memorable as we can to students, faculty, staff and honorary members. Auxiliary Services takes charge in assisting the University in this important event by distributing the regalia: gowns, hoods and caps.

Distribution of Regalia

The Regalia are distributed on four important occasions:

• The University Opening Ceremony

• The Founder's Day

• The AUB Presidential Inauguration Ceremony

• The Commencement Ceremony

On all occasions the distribution code is maintained.

Students
You should secure your regalia from the West Hall Basement Room 109. The procedure to secure and return your regalia is simple; please follow this link to view the schedule of distribution and return of regalia.

Faculty/Staff Members
Faculty and staff can request and receive their regalia by filling in this Form. For schedules of distribution and return of the regalia kindly view the Schedule.
