The Center for Civic Engagement and Community Service (CCECS) at AUB invites all female faculty, staff and students to attend the women's self defense workshop on July 4, 11, 18 and 25, 2012, 3:00 - 5:00 pm, in Charles W. Hostler Student Center.

The workshop will take place over four sessions on July 4, 11, 18 and 25, 2012, from 3:00 - 5:00 pm, in Charles W. Hostler Student Center.

The workshop will cover the basic self-defense techniques geared toward women.

Fees: USD 20 per person (covering all four sessions)

Please dress in comfortable workout clothes and bring your mattress
