Summer fitness courses at CHSC

 

University Sports is offering fitness courses during the summer between May 22 and July 22, 2012, at the activity room of CHSC. Participation fee is 50$ for one class and 10$ for the second. Register now as places are limited.

FIT CAMP

Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm

A group-based fitness and wellness program designed to motivate participants in a unique way. The first half hour is used to improve general fitness for each person, within a personal training, using circuit training and interval training methods, adapted to each member, followed by an hour of Power Pilates and deep stretching. It is a complete program, including cardiovascular and strength training, to challenge yourself with results such as a toned and firm core, standing taller, better posture, improved flexibility and de-stressing with a better awareness control.

 


FITNESS ZONE

Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm

Knowledge and inspiration to reach your goals and fight aging!
FITNESS ZONE is dedicated to help empower each participant to improve their health and sense of wellness, by providing safe and effective training. Learn The right way to improve body conditioning and stave off the aging process.
