In view of the situation in the country, I wish to call your attention to the following decisions taken by the University:

-         Non-Academic employees who do not attend to their duties as a result of the present events in Lebanon will be considered to be on annual leave and the time lost will be charged to the individual’s annual earned leave.

-         Deans and Heads of Academic and Administrative Department are kindly requested to report absenteeism on a weekly basis to the Human Resources Department.

The University will review these decisions on a regular basis and inform you accordingly.

The University counts on the support and cooperation of all its personnel for the continuity of its operation in these circumstances.
