Students who wish to study abroad for a semester or two at other recognized university can take credit for their courses provided they get prior written approval of the dean of their faculty.

Fill out the downloaded form then send it as an email attachment to your respective faculty (one of the emails below):

Attach the following to your email:

• The filled in form
• Detailed course description for all courses that you intend to take
• A copy of the syllabus, if possible, for all courses that you intend to take

BY SUBMITTING THE FORM, YOU ARE REQUESTING THE APPROVAL OF THE DEAN'S OFFICE. NO COURSES WILL BE ACCEPTED BEFORE RECEIVING A WRITTEN APPROVAL (EMAIL OR OTHER) FROM THE DEAN'S OFFICE
