A rehearsal for undergraduate ceremony will be held on Wednesday, June 12,
2013, at 5:30 pm, at the Green Field. All undergraduate candidates for graduation should attend the rehearsal. Candidates who cannot attend the rehearsal need to present a valid excuse to Mr. Johnny El-Hage (Commencement Coordinator: jh26@aub.edu.lb); the names of unexcused candidates who are not present at the rehearsal will be removed from the seating plan and the candidates will not be able to receive their degrees during the faculty ceremony.

SURPRISE PERFORMANCE: All graduates will take part in a surprise performance at the end of the commencement ceremony. We hope it will be a remarkable experience.

Rehearsals program will be as follows:
5:30 pm till 6:00 pm – Line Up rehearsals
6:00 pm till 6:30 pm – Procession and Seating Rehearsals
6:30 pm till 7:30 pm – Diploma distribution rehearsals
7:30pm till 8:00 pm – Briefing on the special entertainment performance
Rehearsals are expected to end by 8:00 pm.
