Each candidate for graduation is entitled to THREE tickets (3), which will be given to the candidates who have secured academic costumes, and to those who will be attending the ceremony.
For candidates who have completed their course in October 2012 and February 2013, tickets will only be given to graduates who have officially notified the Office of the Registrar of their intention to attend and participate in the ceremony by filling out the Exit Survey during the clearance process. Candidates who complete their course in June 2013 and choose not to attend the ceremony must also inform the Office of the Registrar through the Exit Survey during clearance.
If you have filled out the Exit Survey and you would like to modify your confirmation, you need to complete a special form (Form CE 1 for October 2012 and February 2013 graduates, and Form CE 2 for June 2013 graduates) at a date no later than Wednesday, May 15, 2013. If you complete your course in June and you intend to receive your degree during the Commencement Exercises, you do not need to fill any forms.
Extra tickets are made available at the offices of the deans of individual faculties, depending on venue capacity. Please coordinate with your respective faculty.
