The mission of the Office of the Comptroller is to serve the university community in a professional, accessible, customer focused, efficient, and innovative manner, providing accurate and timely financial reporting, payroll, billing, cash collection and payment services, while simultaneously exercising appropriate internal and budgetary controls.

Objectives

Optimize the use of available and emerging technology for Comptroller's Office level systems to obtain operational efficiency and maximize service levels.
Continue and improve upon the service levels to students, faculty, staff, and university departments that best meets their need, and endeavor to receive periodic feedback on the levels of services being provided.
Enhance interaction and communication between the University community, internal and external clients and help them achieve their goals.
Endeavor for the University Community to be knowledgeable and trained to conduct business using systems, policies, and procedures..
Challenge ourselves to continuously re-examine, refine, and improve our procedures and priorities to maximize departmental resources.
Train staff to obtain operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
