Seminar on Peer Observation and Feedback in Higher Education
Purpose:
The purpose of this introductory session is three-fold: a) to contribute to ongoing faculty discussions of quality teaching practices at AUB; b) to introduce commonly used methods in peer review of teaching at the university level through sharing and experiences and artifacts from AUB and other universities; c) to help participants create a plan for engaging in some form of a peer review process that makes sense for them.
Participants:
Fulltime faculty members and teaching staff.
