| The activities Requiring the faculty member to write & reflect on his/her philosophy, goals etc. were particularly useful.

| Having Nuhad share her experience - real examples.
| The need to start working, documenting it is a "big job" and glad I had a chance to know about it I start work on it early.
| More chance for discussing some of the typical challenges faced by teachers to achieve their ideals. The discussion was mostly favored toward preparing a portfolio that can get you awards or get you promoted. Not raising some of the relient challenges that are faced to make the realization of this possible. Many out standing "teachers" were denied promotion. Why is that? How can it be avoided? what is the actual weight given to the portfolio?
