- The Coffee Shop-Gift Shop: in a prime location at the entrance of the hospital, the Coffee Shop receives more than 200 customers a day with homemade cooking for breakfast and lunch. The Gift-Shop is near the coffee shop.
- The Bargain Box: near the Alumni Club off Abdel Aziz Street, the Bargain Box receives donations such as clothing, household goods, electrical equipment, furniture and toys, all of which are sold at discounted prices. Proceeds support needy children in the Department of Pediatrics at AUB Medical Center
- The Escort Service: Escort Service volunteers carry out various activities at the hospital such as guiding patients through the admission and doing rounds in the hospital carrying specimens from different floors to the laboratory. Every morning they offer coffee and breakfast to the doctors, nurses, and staff on duty in the operating rooms.
In addition to income generated from the Coffee Shop-Gift Shop and the Bargain Box, the financial resources of the Women's Auxiliary include membership dues, contributions and donations. All funds are given to the Social Service Department to help needy patients. On their 50th anniversary celebration in June 2000, they made a 50 million Lebanese pounds donation to the hospital to establish the "The Women's Auxiliary Nabila Firzli Emergency Fund." The Women's Auxiliary also supports the hospital in various ways (medical equipment, medicines, and other), donates yearly one full scholarship for an outstanding nursing student, and distributes financial awards to distinguished nursing students.
