The Department of Internal Medicine at AUB is seeking a full-time BC/BE nephrologist to join the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension as Director of End-Stage Renal Disease Program. The new recruit will assume responsibility in overseeing and administering the clinical programs of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and medical renal transplantation. The candidate must be skilled in all aspects of nephrology practice and renal replacement therapy in the in-patient and outpatient settings. The candidate must have an established track record in academic medicine including research, teaching, and clinical training of residents and fellows. Experience in administrative tasks is desirable. Candidates must have displayed interest in pursuing a career in academic medicine as evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals. Rank, track, and salary are commensurate with qualifications.
