  Bankmed Loan Procedures for Graduation:

Students graduating from AUB in February 2009 should finalize their loan procedures with Bankmed in the period of February 2-10, 2009. Meanwhile such students cannot obtain a clearance from AUB until they complete the required process.  To do so, each student has to go to Bankmed- Movenpick Branch and once AUB obtains a clearance from the bank, the student's record will be cleared at AUB as well.  Students who are not cleared will not be able to receive their degree nor a certificate of completion of studies.

1- Settling fully the student loan

Or

2- Converting the student loan into a personal one as per terms agreed between AUB and the bank (a lower interest rate than the applicable one over a 4-year period).
