Online Counseling

1. Visit MappingYourFuture.org (no “www”).
2. Click on the “complete Online Student Loan Counseling” link on the left side of the page.
3. Click on the appropriate link for the type of counseling you are completing*. (It depends on which counseling you are doing entrance or exit for Stafford or Plus loans. For example, for Stafford entrance counseling, it would be the ‘Stafford entrance’ link”.)
4. Complete the steps to select your school, read the content and answer questions, and complete the student form.
5. Print the confirmation page (it has your rights and responsibilities) or note the confirmation number for your records.

• Stafford entrance
• Stafford exit
• Grad PLUS entrance
• Grad PLUS exit
• Stafford and Grad PLUS combined entrance
• Stafford and Grad PLUS combined exit
