For any questions about the Islamic Studies program, please email the Director, Dr. Mario Kozah on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that CAMES is not able to provide funding for first year students in the program.
Students should have a GPA of at least 80 or 3.0, good recommendations, some exposure to Islamic Studies, Middle Eastern Studies, and/or Religious Studies, as well as some training in the humanities and/or the social sciences, Middle Eastern Studies, and some training in the social sciences and/or humanities to be considered for admission into the CAMES MA program in Islamic Studies. Since spaces in the program are limited, the admissions process to CAMES is quite competitive and a GPA of 3.0 does not guarantee admission. We will generally select students, in part, based on the match of their interests to the resources at CAMES and elsewhere at AUB.
Further information can be found in the AUB Graduate Catalogue. For more details on how to apply, please contact the Office of Admissions.
