In the fall of 2003, a Steering Committee of AUB faculty members worked to identify CASARs potential mission, structure and activities.  The committee organized three workshops and held numerous meetings to solicit opinions on the direction and focus CASAR should take.  The Steering Committee pooled the input and generated a comprehensive report for the consideration of the AUB administration.
