ENGLISH STUDENT SOCIETY

The English Society is a non-partisan, non-sectarian student organization dedicated to the promotion of English Language and Anglophone Literature. The Society also serves as an opportunity for students of English to get to know one another as well as providing a medium by which students can be integrated into the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and the university at large.

Members of the society have previously organized events such as poetry readings, play readings, bake sales and gala dinners as well as taking part in the annual AUB Outdoors activities. Membership in the English society is not exclusive to English majors but open to all students with an interest in English Language and Literature.
