Amy A. Zenger’s interests include composition pedagogy; writing center and WAC theory and practice; critical race theory; and the relationship between visual and verbal texts. She teaches writing courses and is working on a book about race and the formation of university composition programs in America in the nineteenth century. Her most recent publication is Popular Culture and Representations of Literacy.
