History

Undergraduate Program

Students majoring in History must complete a minimum of 39 credit hours in the department, including HIST 286, HIST 287, HIST 291, and HIST 292. Detailed programs will be determined by subcommittees of the department, which will advise each student on courses in his/her major, related departments, and electives. They are also required to take a minimum of six credit hours in sciences, mathematics and technology, which must include a three credit hour course in computer literacy.
