The Eleventh Annual Science and Math Educators Conference (SMEC 11) was held at the American University of Beirut, December 6 ^th, 2008. Thisyear's conference featured plenary speakers from England and Denmark and included research

presentations and interactive workshops relevant to math and science educators.
