Dear School Administrator,  

On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of Zaki's passing, the Zaki Nassif Music Program at the American University of Beirut is pleased to announce the inauguration of the Zaki Nassif Festival Competition.  The goal of the competition is to promote choral music in Lebanon and the region, and to celebrate the musical heritage of Zaki Nassif. The theme of this year's festival is "A Choir From Every School," and will begin with Round One on April 4, 2009.  We are anticipating a very wide participation in this exceptional event.

You may find enclosed a detailed description of the competition (dates, rules and regulations) and also an application form that you need to fill in case your school is interested to participate.
