B . The schedule time for the competing schools is attached to this mail. You are asked to abide by the same rules of Round 1 which are updated as follows:

1. Check-in: upon arrival at AUB's Medical Gate, at the east end of the campus, one and only one representative of each school will check in, in the lobby of the Diane Tamari Sabbagh Building.  This building is to the immediate right, down the stairs, from the Medical Gate.

 2. At their appointed time, the choir, its director, and a maximum of five school representatives will enter the warm-up room, Van Dyck Auditorium.  This is 50 meters to the west of the Sabbagh building.  Signs will be posted.

 3. After ten minutes of warm-up, the school representatives followed by the choir, director and accompanist(s) will proceed to the east door (Door 4) of Assembly Hall.  Guides will be provided.

4. Representatives will walk from the stage down into the hall, to listen to their choir's performance.

5. Following their representatives, the choir has 5 minutes between the time their representatives enter the stage, until the time they leave the stage.

6.  Only jury members, Zaki Nassif Program members, a maximum of five school representatives, and the performing musicians will be allowed in Assembly Hall during the Festival.  We do this to provide the best possible atmosphere for fair and impartial judging.

7. The check-in, warm-up and performance schedule is firm:  each choir will have ten minutes in the warm-up room, five minutes to walk directly to Assembly Hall, and five minutes on stage.

8.  Choirs and representatives are respectfully requested to leave the campus as soon as their performance is finished.  Classes are in session, and there is no place for such a large number of students to be on campus.

9.  One grand piano and risers to accommodate 60 singers will be placed center stage.  Please leave them there.  If needed, one microphone, 6 music stands and 5 chairs will also be onstage.  No time is allotted for rehearsal or sound checking on the Assembly Hall stage.  Judging begins with the first sound from the stage.

10.  Judging results and comment sheets will be sent to each choir's designated contact person during the following week.
