Mission

The Office of Financial Planning and Budget assists the AUB administration in correlating the short-term and long-term goals of its various departments with the overall strategic plans of the university. We take part in matching approved departmental and area plans with appropriate financial resources. We visualize our department as a center-piece to overall resource planning throughout the organization as a whole.
