Research Grants for AUB Graduate Students

The Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs (IFI), in accordance with its mission to contribute to public policy and international affairs debates in the Arab world, is accepting applications for Graduate Research Grants for AUB graduate students with an interest in public policy and international affairs, regardless of department. Students who intend to conduct thesis research that deals with these issues, and particularly those who take an interdisciplinary approach, are encouraged to apply. Accordingly, awards will normally be given to students in the second year of their programs who have identified a thesis topic. The award is a $ 1,000 grant to be spent on research purposes. Interested students should send an outline of proposed research (no more than three pages) along with a recommendation from their thesis advisor and department chair to the IFI office, 408 Diana Tammari Sabbagh Building or to ifi@aub.edu.lb.
