CamStudio – a Free Screen Activity Recorder
|
Using CamStudio you are no longer restricted to class time and location to be able to present and give a lecture to your students. You can simply record your presentation and place it on Moodle or on your website. Your students can view it from any PC connected to the Internet anywhere in the world. The value of CamStudio is that, if your presentation includes opening more than one file or typing some text, it can record all these actions and replay them for the viewer. You can use CamStudio to:
- Record a lecture
- Record videos in which you demonstrate to your students the features of a new software or application. When shown to students, the recording of the movement of the cursor, the selection of menus, the entering of text, or the display of messages will illustrate features and usage of the program in a short period time with maximum clarity
