The goal of the IT Customer Success (CUST) team is to ensure the success of all AUB and AUBMC stakeholders such as students, faculty, alumni, patients, donors, trustees, administrators, healthcare professionals, employees, vendors, partners, and affiliates. In particular, this team is responsible for the IT Helpdesk and Field Support.
