1.     Highlight and select “Set up e-mail” on your home screen using the NaviKey.

2.     Select “Start e-mail setup” from the menu that appears.

3.     Select “Start” to begin entering the information for your email account.

4.     The setup wizard will need to access the network in order to complete your configuration. Depending on your operator contract, this may involve some data transfer charges. Select “Yes” to allow the wizard to access the network.

5.     The wizard will take a moment to establish a network connection.

6.     Select “E-mail”.
(This screen will vary depending on what services are available in your country. The screen does not appear in every case.)

7.     Enter your AUB email address and select “OK”.

8.     Enter your email password and select “OK”.

9.     The setup wizard will take a moment to define your email settings.

10.   Enter the AUBnet  user name that you normally use when accessing your Exchange email.

11.   The setup wizard will notify you that this account requires additional setup. This is normal when using Mail for Exchange.

12.   The setup wizard needs to know what kind of email server you will be accessing.

13.   Select “Mail for Exch.”.

14.   Select “OK”.

15.   Enter the domain: WIN2K

16.   Enter the full name of your Exchange server: owa.aub.edu.lb

 17.   Select “Yes” to install the Mail for Exchange f

18.   Select “Continue”.

19.   It will take a moment for the application to install.

20.   Mail for Exchange is used in place of other synchronisation software. It's important that you don't use other methods to synchronise your contacts or you may lose some data.  Select “Continue” after you've read this notice.

21.   You can use the Mail for Exchange settings screen to change when your email is synchronised.

 22.   Now you can access your Exchange email from your Nokia messaging.
