Private Computer Configuration for Connection via AUBdot1x

To configure your computer to connect via AUBdot1x, follow the below simple steps:

Make sure that you have successfully fullfilled the required pre-requisites.
Follow the instructions available at the subscription pages http://aubsub.aub.edu.lb.
- Currently tested Operating Systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OSX, Nokia Symbian OS 8 or higher, Windows Mobile 5.0 or higher, iPhone and iPod Touch OS-X 2.0 or higher.
- Other Operating systems might work, but have not been fully tested at AUB.
Secure you Computer (must do):
- Patch your computer with the latest operating system updates - Failure to patch your computer with latest updates will force AUBnet systems to automatically block your access to AUBnet
- Install an antivirus software and update it regularly - Failure to install and Antivirus software and update it regularly will force AUBnet systems to automatically block your access to AUBnet
