What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a standard file format for delivering regularly changing web content. A large percentage of websites, including news related sites and weblogs, use RSS to manage their content as an RSS Feed to all public users.
RSS files are typically referred to as Feeds or RSS Feeds, most users use RSS feeds to read news, headlines or articles from their favorite sites in what is called an RSS reader.
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web. It allows you to easily stay informed by retrieving the latest content from the sites you are interested in. You save time by not needing to visit each site individually.

How do I access RSS?
A variety of RSS Readers are available for different platforms. There are also a number of web based feed readers available.
Once you have your Feed Reader, it is a matter of finding sites that syndicate content and adding their RSS feed to the list of feeds your Feed Reader checks. Many sites display a small icon with the acronyms RSS or an RSS icon to let you know a feed is available.

About RSS Aggregators
RSS Aggregator is a technical web tool that allows displaying several feeds RSS on a single page.
RSS Aggregator gets back the various tags of the feeds which you want to display. The tags are then stored in the data base created automatically in the installation. Once the installation is done, you will just have to bring the URL feeds which you want display. You can choose the type of display (by feeds or by date), the number of feeds to be displayed, a display by tag, all this with different templates.
