The mission of the Office of Strategy Management is to design the process for developing, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of the University's strategic plans, performance management, and process improvement activities. This mission is carried out in alignment with the mission and the objectives of AUB.

The vision of the Office of Strategy Management is to transform the University into a Strategy-Focused Organization, where all units have strategic plans that are aligned with the mission and vision of the University, and where all units monitor on a systematic basis, the implementation of those plans and take corrective actions as and when necessary.
