Clubs Elections

What is a club?

A club is an officially registered student organization representing a certain student interest.

Clubs participate in the Club’s day at the beginning of the fall semester to promote their clubs.
An opportunity for students to be involved in the club is by filling a membership form and paying a fee at the cashier’s office.
All club members especially the cabinet need to be aware of the clubs’ bylaws.

All clubs are entitled a space in West Hall. For those who are eligible to use a space in West Hall, should keep in mind that we have limited number of rooms. Club rooms are shared with other clubs. Clubs rooms are intended to hold cabinet meetings and keep records and archives and should not be used as a lounge or an eating area for club members.

According to Clubs’ bylaws, club cabinet is elected every year during May. New cabinet starts its work at the beginning of the new fall semester.
All activities done by the clubs need to be approved by the Department of Student Activities.
Check list of clubs, club’s bylaws to know more about the clubs.
