Dear All Clubs' Cabinet members,
If you are new to your position as a club officer or an old member who is continuing in the cabinet, you are required to familiarize yourself with some rules and regulations and be aware of the following.
Not all clubs are entitled a space in West Hall. For those who are eligible to use a space in West Hall, should keep in mind that we have limited number of rooms that will be shared by large number of active clubs. Clubs rooms are not a meeting room for club members.
Clubs rooms are intended to: - Hold Cabinet Meetings -Keep Records and archives
Hence, each club will be granted a maximum of Five hours per week to use the room. Hence, a schedule that indicates the time slots during which the clubs' cabinet members are planning to use the allocated space is needed by October 8, 2007. Once the schedules are finalized, clubs rooms will be accessible. |
