We all experience depression, stress, anxiety, confusion, adjustment and interpersonal/family problems when facing major changes in our lives. Going to university is one of those changes that can often be difficult. People seek counseling at these stages to help resolve the problems they are experiencing.Counseling is a process of self-discovery and self-knowledge. It is a way of addressing one's problems and concerns with the help of a trained professional. Although some might find it difficult, counseling is not a sign of weakness.Counseling involves one on one discussions with a counselor who will listen, ask questions, and help explore options about the problems or areas of concern to the person. The aim of this process is to help the person being counseled identify and clarify her/his goals and set objectives to address them.We will help you make your university years productive and fulfilling by helping you reduce your stress and address personal issues and psychological problems.
There are no restrictions on what can be discussed in counseling.
