                                        Walk-a-Thon at AUB                                           

 

The AUB Wellness Program and the University Sports department organized the following  November activities!

AUB’s first Fit-a-Thon

An activity where participants exercised, had fun, got a free T-shirt/cap, and stayed healthy during a 1,300 meters (30 minutes) walk around campus, with several interesting booths visited..

Time: 12:00 noon

  A Taste of Fitness: Try it you’ll like it?

One free fitness activity offered each day at the Charles Hostler Student Center, Activity Room according to this schedule:

Yoga: Monday, November 2, 2009 Walk-a-Thon                                                                                                                                                                         - Walk-a-Thon

Aerobics: Tuesday, November 3, 2009

Pilates: Wednesday, November 4, 2009                                        

Pump: Thursday, November 5, 2009

Fitness Cardio Health: Friday, November 6, 2009

Time: 5:00-6:00 pm (everyday)
