CHSC FACILITY RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between the American University of Beirut, and the party named below (the “Counterparty”), for exclusive use and/or rental of the Charles Hostler Student Center (CHSC) facility(s) identified below to be used solely for those facilities and for the purpose described therein.

Submitting this form is NOT a confirmation that the facility has been reserved.
Official Confirmation will be sent via email once approval status has been obtained and if proof of payment has been
received. If a rental, a 20% non-refundable deposit must be submitted to the University Sports Office prior to officially reserving the facility . The balance must be paid in full one week prior to the scheduled event.

By submitting this Agreement it is understood that t he Counterparty has thoroughly reviewed all of the
AUB and University Sports related information posted on the AUB website and CHSC rules and agrees
to the conditions therein.
