AUB Recent Graduate Alumni
Procedures for Alumni to join the Charles Hostler Student Center:
Complete an online application form by clicking the button below
- Press the “Submit Application for Approval” button to have your application sent to the development office for verification.
- After verification, your application will be forwarded to the University Sports Administrative Office for approval.
- Once approved you will receive a Confirmation email with an attached invoice from University Sports.
- Print a copy of the Confirmation email and attached invoice you received and take it to the cashier’s window at College Hall to pay the full amount.
- Bring a copy of the receipt of full payment to the CHSC administrative offices, preferably between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to have a membership sticker(s) affixed on a valid AUB card or Hostler Center ID for each dependant. After hours a Building Supervisor will be able to assist you.
- If an ID card is needed for dependents, bring a copy of the receipt of payment or the confirmation of approval to the ID Center along with dependents who will be joining for a CHSC ID card to be issued (at the members expense). The ID Center requires 24 hours from notice of approval for information to be on their system to issue a new ID card.

A recent Alumni shall be defined as a graduate of the previous academic year
A dependant shall be defined as the spouse and/or children living in the same household
There is no cost or need to register children under the age of 8 years old |
Important Information
Individuals choosing to join the CHSC should know that the gymnasium, pool and fitness
areas may not be available when there are scheduled student activities, particularly in the
evening after 6:00 p.m. (except on Sunday). Further, the pool will be closed 2-3 weeks in the summer for routine maintenance.
Participation Waiver
By submitting this application to join the CHSC, I am indicating that I have read and agree to all of the information listed under Membership Program and I do hereby declare that I have decided to participate with full knowledge that injury may be sustained during participation. I therefore hereby exonerate the AUB from any and all liability and damage of whatsoever nature direct or indirect that may arise to or to my heirs as a result of joining the Center and further undertake to keep the AUB harmless from any claims that may be lodged against the University, its Board members, its Officers and its Staff by third parties as a result of my participation.
