A blood drawing station is available at UHS. It operates in synchronization with the hospital
laboratory and secures blood and specimens for all patients using UHS. Lab. results are available immediately
through a computer terminal accessing the central laboratory and are kept in the patients charts. These results are not given to patients except by a physician or upon
the request of a physician.
