Oil Price Fluctuations and Future Market Prospects

The first Masri Institute- ESCWA Lecture Series on Energy and Sustainability will be held on April 19, 2016 at the American University of Beirut.

Interface Science of Plastic Solar Cells

The Masri Institute will be hosting Dr. Tobin Marks on April 7 & 8, 2016. The lecture will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 . In this seminar, challenges and opportunities in molecular photovoltaic interface science are illustrated. It will be seen that such rational interface engineering along with improved bulk-heterojunction polymer structures guided by theoretical/computational analysis, affords exceptional fill factors, solar power conversion efficiencies greater than 10%, and enhanced solar cell durability.
