The Inventory Control Division is responsible for controlling and coordinating the inventory management of all the supplies carried in stock in the University Supply System and Service Warehouses. It includes selecting stock items, determining quantity requirements, establishing stock levels, reordering quantities, and initiating procurement and replenishment actions.

Inventory Control Division manages the following stores:

2. Store G - Food Items
3. Store H - Maintenance and Spare Parts
4. Store I  - Stationary and Printing Forms
5. Store J   - Janitorial
6. Store M - Glassware
7. Store K  - Chemicals
8. Store L  - Laundry Spare Parts
9. Store W - Power Plant Electric Spare Parts
10. Store Y  - Power Plant Diesel Engine Spare Parts
11. Store Z  - Steam Plant Spare Parts
12. Yard Store (Junk yard)
