Materials Management Department Campus (MMDC) is the exclusive jurisdiction for the sale of surplus and scrap assets. (MMDC) provides simple yet convenient sales channel that enables surplus buyers to purchase available university assets in a convenient and open environment, by mean of sealed bid sales.
We utilize appropriate internet marketing and customer service capabilities to promote available property for the convenience of its buyers. With over 200 surplus items added monthly to our inventory, we offer surplus buyers a unique and dynamic pool of property for purchase. Our team manages nearly 250 square meters of warehouse space and part of a critical mission to keep surplus and idle inventories moving out of facilities, maximizing efficiencies, while creating a valuable cash flow source to the university.
