Surplus Property Disposal
It is the policy of the University to periodically, dispose of equipment or supplies that are surplus or no longer required, by either auction or private donation. However, it may be deemed socially or financially beneficial to donate the items to a third party.
Generally, donations shall not be made to individuals or institutions where there could be competing demand from others. In such cases, the donations may be channeled through a third party organization that normally takes responsibility for the distribution of such donated items.
