A trustee since 2013, Fadi Ghandour is the executive chairman of Wamda Group, a venture capital fund and platform that helps nurture and build entrepreneurship eco-systems in the MENA region. He is also the founder and a board member of Aramex, one of the leading global logistics and transportation companies. Ghandour is a member of the board of Abraaj Capital, the board of Endeavor Global, and he serves on the Advisory Council of the MIT Media Lab. Passionate about social entrepreneurship, Ghandour is the chairman of Ruwwad for Development, a private sector-led community empowerment initiative that helps disadvantaged communities across the region overcome marginalization through activism, civic engagement, education, and financial inclusion. He is a graduate of George Washington University (BA ’81) and Pennsylvania’s Wharton School (Executive Education Program, ’94).
