The AUB University Libraries (UL) announce their COVID-19 Research Guide, providing valuable resources for both, healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses and practitioners) and researchers about the COVID-19 outbreak and recent research related to this topic.
This timely guide also includes general information for health consumers (public), helping them get their facts and information from reliable and official sources.
In addition to international and regional academic sources and articles, the guide includes initiatives done at the institutional level at AUB, along with clear and illustrative reports, maps and videos related to COVID-19.
The guide also includes an extensive section related to Mental Health during the COVID-19 outbreak, in addition to a dedicated section about the COVID-19 situation in Lebanon.
A section of the guide also highlights available online tools for faculty members, staff and students to teach and work remotely.
Dr. Ola El-Zein, Head of SML, and author of this guide believes that “We are all affected equally by this pandemic and we should all know and learn about it." Adding that "Misinformation and fake news at a time of crisis are as bad as ignorance".
